Sallers Badehaus in Bernau am Chiemsee

One of my top recommendations at Chiemsee. Fantastic historical location with a very good map. The waitress was super nice - great service. Quality of the food was very good - we'll be back!

We've been here many times and it's been great every time! The personnel is very friendly and courteous.

Not only ate excellent, but also enjoyed a service that I call "the high school of customer enthusiasm" in my training courses. Absolutely attentive, warm, affectionate. Still not intrusive. This is the top league, which unfortunately is rarely found 💖.

We were there spontaneously and got a super nice place. The food was perfect and nothing to complain about. Everyone was super friendly and the organization (also with the current Corona situation) was very good. We are happy to come back anytime :-)

An excellent restaurant! On the way back from vacation we stopped there relatively spontaneously to drink coffee. For the children there was very delicious ice cream, for us cake and an apple strudel with cream and vanilla ice cream ... When we had read the menu or the display, we quickly reserved a table for dinner. The starter, the children's meal, the main course, you dessert, everything was a poem. Very tasty, visually appealing and the portions were in an easily edible size. The recommended wine went very well with the meal. Thanks again to the kitchen. The service from the welcome to the farewell was impeccable, very friendly and courteous, but never intrusive. It was kindly but firmly pointed out that the current Corona rules were observed. The tables and chairs were cleaned, a coherent running concept in the interior. We will be happy to stop here again. If you are at the Chiemsee, or if you come by it, you should definitely stop there! Unfortunately we only took 1 picture there.

Super dedicated staff. When I registered I asked whether there was also wheat-free or gluten-free food, which was immediately answered in the affirmative. When I was eating, I was told everything that is gluten-free or that is left out for me. I don't see that much commitment often. The food was delicious and definitely worth the money. Keep it up, dear team.

The food is delicious! You sit ideally on the Chiemsee and have a wonderful view. The restaurant also has it paid for - that's why there is a point deduction. All in all: great - we'd love to come back! :-)

The food was absolutely amazing. The view and the ambience are breathtaking. The aperitifs are refreshing and sparkling. The staff always friendly and anticipatory .. No long waiting times. First of all, the best bruscetta we have ever had. In summary, we can say: we'll be back tomorrow!

We were here on vacation. We discovered this restaurant by chance and have been here to eat for the past two days. A little higher in price, but the food is worth it. Every dish was delicious and the staff is super friendly and caters to customers' needs. Children are also welcome and when they cry the waiters try to distract them, which also worked great for our little one. The Corona regulations are adhered to in an exemplary manner and all guests are kindly advised of compliance

Actually, I find this restaurant, especially the beer garden, super nice, cozy, the food was good too - if a little more expensive, but yesterday we were redirected totally unfriendly at the entrance, there were so many signs: entrance that we (and other guests) didn't know us anymore. Then the clerk asked us in broken German. if we can't read, the second sign with an arrow and an entrance is only valid in summer (huh, it's August ???) The sound makes the music: we - and the other guests - quickly searched the distance and found a beer garden found with friendly staff. You don't have to accept such behavior as a paying guest - who always tips generously. What a shame for such a nice economy !!

The "Sallers Badehaus" is not far from Lake Chiemsee, which you can see very well from the beer garden. The menu in the restaurant is not very large, so there is not much to choose from. The food tasted okay, so nothing special either. Above all, they are not worth the price. All employees of the restaurant are very helpful and friendly.

Super friendly condition. Top food: fish (vine in one piece and char fillet) and cheese spaetzle. Delicious dressing on the salad. Great outdoor area with a beautiful location on the water. The prices are reasonable for the food. We will definitely be back!

Delicous food, nice seating and good service. Can be packed during the weekends, especially in summer. Especially during off season a full recommendation.

I am posting this while i was in the restaurant itself We stepped at the hotel no one welcomed us, was not a problem.. we ask one of the waiters if we could have a table for four as we are a family he said no then he looked around and he said yes, but no not here, well he finally made us sit inside the view was nice, as no one approached we grab two menus that were on the next table then called a waiter she told us that this menu is for 5 o’clock and it’s now 4:50. No problem at all we ordered water and waited until 5:08 then we called another waiter and asked for the 5 o’clock menu. I ordered a fish fillet with risotto which was delicious. My kids ordered a pasta and salad which also was delicious. We had one Caesar salad, two french fries and large bottle of water. Our bill was 57 euros we gave them 60 and kept the change for them. I don’t know why we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. They were not nice and too lazy and slow. The restaurant was half empty i took a photo yet they had a bad attitude unfortunately. Their bathroom was clean though and they had a kids play area. I hate judgmental people. They need a better staff to welcome generous people

Great location, with great views of the Chiemsee. Comfortable seats with good sea view. Excellent food and wide selection of drinks. Friendly staff, which is a rarity today. This restaurant can be recommended with a clear conscience.

Excellent food, great views! Very difficult to find, no sign or name on the building. But it's the blue building, the very least one towards the lake of the parking lot. BTW, it's costs money to park there.

Remember this place has closed on Wednesday...

You will find here Bavarian classics with a gourmet level and fish of course, since we are 50 m from the lake Chiemsee. The staff was 5 stars, i worked in 5 stars airlines, and in Sallers Badehaus it was so. I had Pulled Ox Burger, the meat was melting on my palate!😉

Great view and location, great meal with fish and great service. Want to come back!

This place was overpriced, slow, and the food was not good. The asparagus soup was bland and watery, the salmon tartar was like chicken salad, and the risotto was undercooked. I really regret choosing this place as we wanted only to stop for lunch for 1 hour, but due the service we were there for 2 hours.

Average. You are paying for view.. don't tell staff they made a mistake unless you like an argument

In sunny days the place gets crowded...and they are not prepared to answer that demand. Today we waited 1:20 hours since we ordered till the food came. And then...everything was half-done..I guess because of the rushing.

The service was good, the ordered food came really fast and the prices were ok. The view of the lake was also very nice although it was raining.
